For years I have said, “I shouldn’t have to struggle this much; life shouldn’t be this hard to live.”
I was diagnosed with “situational depression” which moved into anxiety and then escalated into
panic attacks. I have expended a great deal of energy, time, and thousands of dollars in therapy
trying to heal my inner struggles. I would always reach what I thought was a “breakthrough time”
…and then hit a wall. I felt frustrated and discouraged as I always thought I was committed to

I have been asked to talk about my experience regarding body work at the Reality School.
As one might understand, it is quite impossible to have words for an experience, but I will do
my best.

I have spent many years in all types of therapy. Through the Realty School I have
discovered that these therapies had three very vital pieces of information that was missing.
This missing information, which was my core truth, my core issue and body work, caused
me to experience no lasting change in my life.

The Reality School’s body work is like no other experience I have encountered.   It is
completely different than any type of body work that one might imagine. Its intention, by
my interpretation, is to encourage us to explore, have fun and to regain the curiosity of a
child.

I have had severe health problems and continued to believe that many of them were
emotionally based. I believe that my body work is allowing me to heal in my own unique
way.

I have discovered where my Core Truth resides in my body and with that experience;
‘That Place’ became my reality. I experienced with my body, mind and spirit the reality
and knowing of my Core Truth.
