The Reality School is based on an education model rather than a therapeutic one. It is
progressive in nature moving from one level of awareness to another.
Consistent with this educational model Coach/Mentoring at its essence is simply the sharing
of different points of view. It is a relational model which can be experienced as one on one or
in a small group. This should not be confused with therapy. This educational process is a
co-creative exchange of experiences and observations. The goal of Coach/Mentoring is to
facilitate efficient discovery and exploration of reality.
We are aware that some individuals are more comfortable learning in a one on one situation
rather than in small groups. To accommodate these people, Coach/Mentoring is offered at
any point in the process. Individual appointments are scheduled on a per hour basis.
